Does anyone know where the 7 flower's items are (The ones for after the secret boss), the petal scarf specifically. I've looked for it in flowery's sprite sheet but can't find it.

No, it's actually a sprite that is shown block by block. It's under spr_chapter_insert_prompt_letters. The same type of CRT text block is also used for Zapper and they're in his sheet. There is an unused text string for the insert prompt, though.

Curious where is the "Insert Chapter 7 Side B" text; I can't seem to find it anywhere. I presume the LCD screen is done using shaders, but I could be wrong.
pretty sure they're just shaders applied atop the normal sprites.
