Ah I see it now, thanks.
It IS in ralsei's castle interior. Problem is, it's not an actual room, it's a sprite sheet, so you'd have to put the whole room together yourself. You can see the giant bottle, hamster wheel and cage in the left hand corner.
I don't think it is, it doesn't have the King's stuff like the bottle or the hamster wheel.

I'm pretty sure it's in the pieces section in the spritesheet for them. They're not put together, so you'll have to do that yourself. Either that or use the sunglasses one.

Actually, it's not edited. It's just their overworld walking sprites with the couch overlayed on top. If you check the sprite where Ralsei looks behind him at the player (when Susie asks Kris why they made her do that and Ralsei says "M-Make you...?"), it's actually the same base pose as his battle animations
Pretty sure thats edited, ralsei and susie (lightworld) do have sprites of them sitting in chapter 4 though.
