I think the small Netskie's would be NPCs as you never battle the small ones, but it would make sense for them to be here too

I submitted a revision that's a bit more organized/labeled and has the Netskie's Spoiler:Aqua sprites included, plus doesn't have the duplicates, so hopefully that'll get approved soonish.
I see most of the sprites here, but what about the little fox guys that turn into these guys in Chapter 5? There's at least some sprites there, and I wonder if they go here, or for overworld sprite stuff.
