i think this was included so that people making fangames didn't have to animate it themselves (assuming they aren't modding deltarune to begin with)
isn't it drawn in-engine?
As of Jan 30th 2026, this has been updated to be at a 1x scale (and to correct a misake), if you wish for this to match Deltarune's window size, scale it up to 200%.

Hey, Yuti here, so there’s an issue I noticed with this where the animation doesn’t loop correctly, it does loop correctly the first two times but the frame from the end back to the beginning is not the correct one
