@Gaia It's a scrapped zone that was intended to be used for the boss rush. However, Sega didn't want the bosses to appear outside of their natural surroundings, so the zone was scrapped and replaced with something more traditional. That's a real shame, as it looks really cool.

@beanluv Why exactly wasn't S3C accepted as a game? The site has accepted hacks before, and some of the hacks they've accepted only have, like, 1 or 2 new graphics worth of sheets, while S3C has lots of new graphics that would be really useful to have.
