Once the full load of sprites are approved, you'll see characters like Genie who are absolutely influenced by Jan Å vankmajer. Other inspirations you can find include H.R. Giger (one monster is named after him), Heinz Edelmann, and Ernst Haeckel. When I saw the game's art for the first time I knew I had to rip it :) |

Including this stuff. Most of it reminds me of Czech stop-motion filmaker Jan Å vankmajer. And even painter Hieronymus Bosch. |
