These sprites are really impressive for a SNES game, I think.
I have played this game to check if the sprites were scaled up to 2x as the ripper claimed and according to those screenshots I took, the sprites are clearly displayed as 1x: https://imgur.com/a/SSluCKn . I also reorganized he sprites to fit a 8x8 grid and reordered the characters to a more "user-friendly" way. I suspect that there are many more palette variants for them considering some have up to 6 or 7 versions while others only have 1.
