I'm curious if this is supposed to be Tobago, but an earlier design. I mean, why include this random character nobody has seen before or since, and not include Tobago, an already established character in adverts and merchandise? This could be a strange "Bart Simpson with blue shirt" situation, or I'm reading too much into it.
(The description on the GameFAQs page for this game does mention Tobago by name though, so it MIGHT be her.)

So, I wasn't able to find out the name of this crab (and I tried pretty hard). There is a fourth crab in the initial toy set, but he looks nothing like this one here (and is male on top of that). There were apparently three more crabs released, but they were just recolors (two of Bimini, one of Turks). So I went with the game's internal name for this crab, since I had nothing else. The only thing I wasn't able to check is the game manual, which I don't have and there's no scans online. Maybe her name is in there? Otherwise, this crab seemingly has no official name.
