Yes, he also has a staff which is absent in this version.

@Barack Obama: I've never finished A Link To The Past, so I don't remember seeing the king in that game. I assume he must appear in the credits sequence, right?

@Ton And the first game's, but neither count as in-game.

Doesn't Impa appear in the Link's Adventure manual?

@Tailikku: The first canon appearance of Impa is actually in OoT, since AST doesn't give the nursemaid a name.
@Alefy San: This game reuses the king's sprite from ALttP, where he had a different palette (green).

@Doc von Schmeltwick: Ah, I see. I thought that design originated from this game.

@Alefy Both are based on the one from the manual for "The Adventure of Link."

That king resembles the one from the CDI game.

@Doc von Schmeltwick I meant outside of the games that we don't talk about and on a Nintendo console.

@Tailikku Wand of Gamelon came before this, though.

Added bomb sfx tiles, some more ingame bomb sprites and changed some text around.

Oooh, rips from the one everyone forgets about because "it's the same as A Link to the Past" (as we see here, it isn't)
Nice going!
