Spunky is indeed just a placeholder I added to represent how many points you'd get for eating a ghost or two.
The Pac-Man Arrangement life icons are just there to represent how many lives you'd get if you got a match in the slot machine if you wanted to use it as a quick cheat sheet.

@The Pac-Man Gamer 7650: I couldn't find any info about it on TCRF, but I'm assuming the Spunky images are placeholder.
