Added an (unused?) alternate palette from Dimension Shellshock, as all of his sprites had been set up for alternate palettes in said DLC. Not only was his overall palette slightly different because of which, a few sprites were updated to include their missing wrist guards and the KO animation was realigned, so both sets (and the recolour-friendly placeholder palette) are included for the sake of completeness.
