Added the palette cycles for the Pinball stage now, too.
@Doc von Schmeltwick: The original icon for this submission was the same one I'm using for the separate Angel Island Zone one now, but since that's now its own thing due to the added content, it made sense to change this to something else (namely the Pinball bonus stage which I've added to fill the gap).
What did the original show?
