Added the new Anniversary stuff, competitive icons/sprays and Petra background from v1.24. (Didn't stay at v1.23 for long, eh?)

Added the Pink Mercy stuff and Rialto's preview background from v1.23.

@DerpSwag12: Those have been added now. Hopefully this is the last time I'll need to rip a massive batch of 'em for a while!

Also, the reason why the new portraits are smaller has already been asked on this page -- "I don't know", pretty much.

Also why are the full portraits full sized but the hero portraits smaller

@nctrnOWL: Do a forced-refresh on that page (usually CTRL+F5) and it should show up, you'll know if it's the updated version when you see a duplicate under "Older Revisions" at the bottom of said sheet.

@RTB: Thanks for updating all the retribution stuff; that said in the patchnotes it said that there is an updated 'The Witch' Mercy Halloween, an updated Junkrat 'ornament' spray as well as an updated Brigitte 'High Five' spray I don't know if u have found those though.

Updated all of the respective submissions to be up-to-date with v1.22 (Retribution) now.

@nctrnOWL: To answer the first comment, yeah, it's something that started happening with the newer Lunar New Year portraits, and seems like it's gonna be that way for everything else from now on, which is a bit of a shame.

As for the second one, I actually looked through all of the textures multiple times, and I didn't see a second one for Brigitte (plus the fact that DataTool only extracts one, while it gets both for other characters), so I assumed that Blizzard's using the same image for both. If there is in fact a proper one that I find for the kill feed later, I'll update that sheet with it.

@RTB: I noticed that the hero icons for spectators have a fade on the left side and the ones for the kill feed don't yet brigitte has a fade for both spectators and the kill feed, do you know whats up with that?

NICE, btw is it just me or are the newer hero portraits made in smaller dimensions?
