We have customs for cancelled games here, so there's no reason why the same logic couldn't be applied to movies.

@Fat Mario Presumably because TSR customisers didn't think much of Madagascar, Kung-Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon or didn't know there were (enough) games based on them to warrant it.
