You shouldn't be adding custom (and might I add, completely unlabelled-as-such) sprites to the sheets, only add what's actually in the game.
They were some that I made for fun and just threw in. I've seen other sprite sheets on here with a few fan-made bonus sprites included, so I figured why not?
Undertaker's portraits are based on looks you can recreate with unlockable parts. Big Show, Raven, and Regal were planned to be in the game at one point, but had to be scrapped either because of licensing or time constraints. K-Kwik, Blue Meanie and Gillberg were probably never going to be in the game, but could have been since they were with the company at the time. I made certain to limit the color count to the same as the rest of the portraits, and to only use colors that are used in the other portraits, to make them as authentic as I could.
Funnily enough, the mod WWF No Mercy Plus by Randy Price, which adds characters and features to the game, used the exact same promo image of Raven for his icon, but Randy (or one of his contributors) digitized it themself. Theirs admittedly looks a little better.
