Wish I could, but the tools are still bugged by the looks of it -- I can't even extract a majority of the newer stuff with TankView, including stuff I could prior to v1.28 (which also includes non-English voice lines)...

the Unknown? for Hammond are the Contenders and Contenders Away skins. They are all also for every hero.
