By default, all traffic will be challenged but logged in users will bypass those challenges completely. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as it was never our intention to try to force registration and you certainly still don't have to - passing one of those challenges should keep you in the clear for a half-hour otherwise.

@Any: If I had to guess, judging by the fact they were grouped with the other four snowmen sprays from Mei's Snowball Offensive, they might've been intended to be unlocked the same way, from two additional achievements. Since that didn't happen, they'd remained unused. But since Blizzard brought back a bunch of formerly-unused voice lines for the other events, I have a feeling they'll end up being used next Winter.

Where did the Tracer and Winston snowmen come from? I don't remember seeing anything like that in-game.
