Yeah, developer photos were quite common in the 90s. Usually as a secret, part of closing credits or deliberately hidden in the files for people to find.
I knew I'd seen these guys before in other games' files. As it turns out, they're the developers of QuickTime and their pictures are hidden in the QuickTime program.
