I think they could've made the head just a little more detailed, like the kids head in the real game looks more like Sora himself, they just had to alter the hat into Sora's hair.

Wasn't this made by the same developers of Mapno 4 and Mapno 3?
Each of them had a very brutal death screen. The SEGA Genesis bootleg showed Felix holding his arms out with half his flesh in one hand and the other half in the other hand, bleeding, showing Felix as a skeleton. It's pretty creepy.
