If you're emulating a style, ya gotta stay within its restrictions. |

There's four palette slots available for background tiles on the NES, each can have four different colors at a time. Four colors per tile, including one being transparent. |

There's a number of missing animations for codec calls. The format these are stored in has been worked out, so should be able to compile better sheets. Just keeping a note here for anyone that's looking for these and is interested in helping out. |

Too bad its not really fleshed out, all characters play almost the exact same save for their one gimmick and the alternate routes they force you to take using them. Having to make you clear the stages with ALL OF THEM was just unnecessary padding due to how short the game is. |

The game doesn't use shading or outlines, and these look Master System/Game Gear quality. The Super Mario World pirate has tiles with four colours, but the corners had to be solid instead of transparent. |
