@Murphmario Because I had been using frames to make animations and forgot about that. Hang on, I'll update again. EDIT: Revision sent! Also added the skinny Goomba inside the shoe, as well as the sprites the shoe uses when something's in it (yes they're actually different) |

@ArifkunVIID: It's not, but if it means anything, Hololive characters have made appearances in other video games (e.g. Neptunia Virtual Stars), so it's allowed by technicality. (Even then, I feel the "only characters that are in video games" restriction would be better if it were relaxed, but it's not my decision to make.) |

I gotta question. Since when Hololive a video game series? Seeing this was a thing made me think that any series outside of video game media could be allowed to create its own custom sprite page. |

Update: Completely redid Boom Boom because the previous rendition was horribly inaccurate. Also added missing Piranha Plants and fixed some errors with Missile Bill and Bob-omb. |

As QuadFactor said, placeholders. If it's a small section of the palette that changes, there's no logic to having - in this case - all four frames as separate items, just have one item and have people change the colors as they deem necessary. |
