You'd need a 3D modelling program for that. The sprites are all considered 3D models in Super Mario Maker and are affected by lighting, so you'd need to set up a scene in 3DS Max or Blender or any other 3D modelling program capable of lighting and render the sprites with their respective normal maps and lighting. It's a tricky process.
