the 10th image on this sheet alone proves why petey is the best mario character
where is the tea bag? i seem to remember him having one in the fight. is it a model?
I check the Mario Wiki and it is actually Petea in Color Splash because he is found in a teapot or something.
Don't know if that's how it's spelled in the game, but in every other game, it's spelled "Petey", not "Petea".
