@Fawfulthegreat64 well it looks like it will be mostly the same with more unique sprites in the mix. I generally like this style cause it reminds me somewhat of the original Paper Mario for N64.
Hot take but I hope the next game is divided up again. I love the smoother animations and parts that move independently of eachother to give more life to the animation. The stop motion style was a novelty that wore off imo. Made more sense on the 3DS where more intricate animations would be harder to see on a small screen

Paper Mario 64 had whole sprites.
This is better than having to piece the parts together.
Lucky that Mario now is a single thing instead of a dissasembled one ;)
Huh...so I guess Color Splash is the first Paper Mario game since the original where Mario's body isn't broken up into separate sprites that are put together in-game.

Well, I'm an idiot. I realize now I somehow skipped past all of the sprites in the "MAR_E" archive (which was exactly where that sprite and others were located). Sorry about that!
They've all been added to the sheet now near the bottom, above the large sprites (and also the sprite at the end of said large sprites). Refresh the page if you don't see 'em!

@RandomTBush well In some of the videos I've watched, Mario has a drinking animation though I don't see 'em here.
