Huh, I never read the rules because of how insanely long I feel it would take me to read them, and then I feel it would have been unnecessary because I would forget that anyway.

While requesting on the resource sites was never allowed, it's still an available option through the forums like it's always been, as long as you meet the requirements necessary to do so (read the rules if you're unsure!)
