@Yawackhary I was gonna do the backgrounds too but I haven't got far enough into the game to do it. I have found the tilesets for the BG in a tile viewer program but then I'd have to piece them together and I'm not THAT good at sprite exporting. The sprite sheet's looking good, BTW!
@Magic Mike Matei Funny you should mention the backgrounds because I was working on a sheet back in May.There were a few left to rip, a few to check and getting those pesky palettes (did you know that the sky palette is generated by the code and cannot be viewed in bsnes-plus or vsnes palette viewers without hacking, as in getting the values from the ROM). One day it'll be done hopefully by 2023 and doing the game justice.

Interesting. Hopefully one day we'll get the backdrops of all the stages in the game: USA, South America, Japan, Germany, Scandinavia, France, Italy and the UK.
