Actually, I got the full body from the "Dinosaur Picture", one of the two pictures that comes with the hack. But I'll check to see if the full body in the credits version is different from the Dinosaur Picture version.

In the hack's defense, the body is only seen in the credits and not gameplay.
For a swimming enemy, the flippers feel unnecessary. Would've been better if it were shoeless
@Fat Mario Huh, I never noticed that he didn't until you mentioned that :P
To be honest, the body doesn't have any of that lava texture that the head has
