i noticed that the sideways hanging sprites are actually more smooth than the original sonic 3 ones

all of sonics sprites are based on sonic 2 except swinging and hanging sprites. weird.
I think Sonic's brown/orange glitched walking sprite happens probably because they forgot to change the palette for Speedy Gonzales for Sonic's, but kept Sonic's sprites.
