I would say this is a homebrew, since there's a ton of samples from a whole range of franchises that plays during a fight.
Would this be considered a bootleg or a homebrew?
GOD It's so rare to see X68000 fighting games with fighters already ripped (comparing to the PC-98 platform).
So, it's a game with Ryu, but with other move sets. Interesting.
