You could say she's quite... shapely.
I'm not actually surprised about that, even Yamato has separate sprites for his camouflaged intro too.
Onihime (Mona) and Yasha (Lisa) actually use separate sprites. Lisa's hair is slightly shorter in some of her sprites and Mona's stance is animated.
