@SonicTron: Seems they haven't been ripped for the current sheets? If you do need them right away, you can use the ones on Sonic Mania's Blue Spheres sheet since they were left in the game's files.

I agree with The Observer.

@pacmastermeow - To expand further, there is really no point; it'd be quite chaotic to merge the game pages. For example, the Super and Master Emeralds don't show up in Sonic 3, like the underwater palettes don't show up in Sonic & Knuckles. It's better for the content that is specific to that game be on that game's page, and left at that.

@Snessy the duck: They said my Main Menu rips were "incomplete" but it's literally the main menu sprites (the ones where you select a game) and even included some unused text found in the VRAM for a possible Time Attack and Boss Attack. I don't understand.

@beanluv Why exactly wasn't S3C accepted as a game? The site has accepted hacks before, and some of the hacks they've accepted only have, like, 1 or 2 new graphics worth of sheets, while S3C has lots of new graphics that would be really useful to have.

@NickCox01: You mean the palm trees? I've been wondering the same thing myself... If the other zone icons were to be ripped, they should be put into Sonic 3 Complete's section (which failed to be accepted as a game when I tried to submit the menu sprites) as they only appear there.

To clear all the confusion, Tails DOES appear in Sonic & Knuckles, but as a cameo, for when he flies the Tornado in both of Sonic's endings, I said both because the Super Emeralds aren't in Sonic & Knuckles alone.
I think the Tails sheet should just include the sprites used for Sonic & Knuckles, along with Knuckles in Sonic 3 alone. It would make more sense, honestly.
