The purple orbs are in the remaster though? Like they're kinda rare but I've found some on my playthrough.
I see. I'm only familiar with the remaster (Translation: I am a worthless poser) so I didn't know those were a thing.
The green orb, the purple orb, and the eye orb are unique to the Saturn version.
Green Orb = Invisibility.
Purple Orb = 4x Fire Rate.
Eye Orb = Item Map. (On PSX, it's a scroll.)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the majority of sprites in sheet 3 go unused (Only ones I know for sure get used are the non-flashing health/ammo orbs and the weapon boost powerup).
