@Gottagocool11 I mean, the only level where he appears is literally called "The Swamps of Forgetfulness". This guy was doomed to be forgotten since the beginning.
@RaymanFan1995: I played the full version of Rayman Redemption just 5 years after you asked the question and found out that, unfortunately, there's no Tarayzan skin that i find.
So yeah, i'm confused by why the skin is absent because it's either scrapped or that the character was forgotten.

I am expecting Tarayzan to be a skin in Rayman Redemption but we will wait and see..
@Cardboard Luigi: There's an upcoming fan-made remake of Rayman 1 called Rayman Redemption that will feature several skins for Rayman. As of right now, it's unknown if Tarayzan will be one of these skins, but it's a possibility.
One probably could make a rom hack that replaces Rayman with this guy.
