@Reconition23 Theoretically no, but also yes. Sprites such as the dialogue box or speech options don't seem to have actual graphics, and instead use shapes to be drawn. I assume this because Sonic Mania does similar things for some of it's UI (mainly parallelograms), and said sprites are not in the absurdly easy extractable files.
tl;dr Some sprites are made by the engine in realtime, probably. If not they're hidden real well.
