@Gaia As cool as that sounds. They developers did say IDW-exclusive characters are off-limits, so don't expect 1987 versions of Koya and Bludgeon anytime soon.

There needs to be a DLC character called Hawk'n Tuna.

Skin 2 is actually based on the action figures, not Turtles in Time, hence the brown weapons. Skin 7 is meant to be the outfits the Archie comics TMNT were given when they did interdimensional wrestling. Raphael kept his black bodysuit for ages and ages after that storyline was over, it's very iconic to that version of the TMNT.
Skin 8 is based on the Glow in the Dark special action figures, which is very obscure.
Since only the 4 turtles got a wrestler outfit in Archie, ditto with the glowing action figures, those slots are used for other characters to give them sort of wacky colors. It's character-specific, but it's often references to different iterations of Tournament Fighters, the Michael Bay films, etc.

So I'm trying to figure out what the turtles' different palette swaps are. 2 is the Comic palette from Turtles In Time (perhaps 9 should be called Mirage?), I think 3 MIGHT be the 90's live-action movies, 4 is the 2003 series, 5 is the 2012 series, and 6 is Rise of the TMNT. But I have absolutely no idea what skins 7 and 8 are. Ideas?

I know its a bit late but i noticed Usagi's leaf animation when he is idle and when he does his win pose isnt in the pack. is it possible to add that as well?

edit: as i was pulling my hair out about this, an update for customskins hit that now generates these files cleanly, hell yeah. so that should make things easier on everyone. i'll make some exports and post em to nexus so anyone who needs em there can get em.

@Random Talking Bush Any chance you have the post-DLC select screen textures extracted properly? I can't seem to get them in their correct colors. Would be helpful for making/updating mods if we had those in their actual dimensions with all three frames, if possible.

The first nine Foot Soldiers (default, and Arbalet through Guan Dao alphabetically) have been updated now with their palettization and Survival's upgraded forms, and three of the new ones have been uploaded (Baton, Bomb Arrow and Hammer), I'll get to the remaining eight (Katana through Whip, plus Torch) sometime soon (hopefully in time for the update).
(EDIT: The rest are done now! Those certainly took a while to set up.)

@cryomancer199X: You need to split the red channel of those texture sheets into their own image (green and blue are useless now), then substitute the (greyscale by default) colour palette for that with one of the lines in the respective "Palette" file, values 0-255 correspond to the palette's in the same order from left-to-right. First line's a recolour-friendly template, second line's the default and third onward are alternate palettes.

Yep, I'm already familiar with the way they're set up as it's the same system Tribute used for Mercenary Kings' alternate character palettes. I'm working on updating the character submissions, but it's going to take a while.

The DLC update added palette XNB's for the characters. The sprites might need to be manually indexed, as when I extracted them, they have a huge aqua blue tint applied to them.
