@tonicthehedgefox The missing super sprites are replaced with the normal sprites. They did the same in Sonic 1 IOS/Sonic 2/Sonic 3/Sonic and Knuckles.

I hope you didn't do it per hand, because even in my good old Paint Shop Pro 5 you can do this in a couple of seconds.

Added the unused "Ink" palettes, as discovered by codenamegamma.
(EDIT: Added the underwater Super palettes, and fixed the regular water palettes.)

Hey everyone, I went through the trouble of removing the green colors and made it transparent so it can be compatible with unity or any other program/engine. Here is the picture

The "Hedgehog Day Dance Party" One wasn't removed, it was used when Sonic was riding The Tornado to Angel Island.

Super Sonic is also here.. i thought it was separate.. but its just a pallete swap!

The Hedgehog Day Dance Party Sprites Were Are An Unused Sprite From STH/CD. Not from Ice Cap Zone. (Fun Fact: They're Repurpused for Sonics Idle Animation In Sonic Adventure.)

@Mr. Porkchop The skid turn is based on the one from the Sonic 2 prototype.

The 3rd frame of the "Breathe" animation looks similar to the unused Sonic 1 "holding breath" face.

...and the "Skid Turn" animation is also from an unused animation from Sonic CD, I believe.
I think it would've been cool if they made a variation for the unused "walking underwater" animation, but I like this new(?) "Jog" animation. It kinda reminds me of the normal walk animation from a Sonic 2 beta. Also, the Jog, with the others, adds up with the others to six normal walk/run cycles, which took me by surprise.

I know at least one of the Goggles sprites are used, they show up in the intro and Mirage Saloon Act 1 if you're playing as Tails
