@ZTO: You'd think so, but I did a playthrough of the Switch version and you can't get the Master Sword there, so as far as I know all three of them are unused.
The Energy Sword(Xbox), Blade of Chaos(Playstation) and Master Sword(Switch) are the only console exclusives.
I just checked and yeah none, given the fact that their graphics are complete it may have been a last minute choice.
