The sprites in this game are so well made, Tempo has so much emotion in every frame. Too bad this game is not well-known. (Also Tempo is so adorable, he's the best bug.)

Some of the sprites from the prototype are leftovers from the prerelease I think
God I didn't release how stretchy Tempo was until I viewed the spritesheet.

it was really helpful of the developers to leave all of tempo's sprites completely uncompressed

from what i know it’s that every sprite and level map uses the Genesis layer, only the backdrops, intro/title screen, boss battles and probably even the ending images seem to make ANY use of the 32X layer
How did you manage to rip this? Majority of 32x games are quite complex to figure out when trying to rip directly from the data
