I think the backgrounds in the steam version of logical journey are also beautiful in their own way, but ya doc von schmeltwick is so right, mountain rescue and island odyssey just do not have the same charm as logical journey, i wish they still went with the overall aesthetic of logical journey for the second and third game 💔💔💔
There's just something great about the painterly aesthetic in this game's backgrounds that the later ones lack. It's almost Raymanesque in its Impressionisticness.
