super late response but I feel like I should clarify that I did try the ripping method mentioned below and the sprites turned up the same, they really do just look strange in the internal files
Hi, if anyone wants to verify the question about the Sprite Sheet, please check out my Frogger modding tool at https://github.com/Kneesnap/FrogLord/ You will be able to export raw game textures into PNG files.
Compare the pixel density on the Super Tongue worm versus the 1up. Notice a difference?

This sheet needs a revamp; since the target bugs and 1UP are incorrectly sized. The Quick/Auto Hop and Super Tongue bugs are correctly sized, though.
