The lights of the Eiffel Tower is copyrighted... I don't know why but they are like the Eiffel Tower itself isn't just the lights on it
i think this was used to test out dithering if u look closely at the image u can see it more pixelated
idk why it's like, illegal (?) to take a photo of the Eiffel tower.
