No, it's been that way since February.
Regardless, I did an additional optimization to the archive just now, removing around 700 duplicated frames and shaving the filesize down to half(!) of what it used to be.

Just submitted a revision that includes new sprites and is also a ZIP - as trying to sheet all those sprites is unfeasible
