      Revision sent: Complete rerip with NEStopia palette and accurate tiling. Also added fireworks with full transition.
    
    
  
      Actually, in this case, they use distinct tiles that use the same palette as the HUD.
    
    
  
      @SmashBrosFan137 Shaders didn't exist back then... It would have been palette cycle swaps in this case changing the 4 colors of the background tiles into just black & white, possibly changing a few of the background tiles too.
    
    
  
      Doesn't it mostly use Shaders?
