Captain America in drag?
The skirt looks too stiff (only moving for one frame ever) and it comes off as one with her cowl thing, which end up a bit uncanny valley. That's it.
Of all the bad robot master edits this game has, this is the worst one and it looks almost entirely custom.
Looks like a bootleg Captain America.
I don't know why, but the design of this character just looks....eugh.
