not sure but it was made by the same people who made Dungeons of Kremlin and Smuta: Living Dead, two other obscure russian games. Gelios is the company name, surprisingly they're still around (though all they've made in recent times is screensavers? i think? and some casual games too)
I looked up the name and couldn't find anything, what's its original title in Russian?
as it turns out i was thinking of the Mayhem Mansion (a doom mod) but i was also confusing it with another obscure russian game, Raising Dead
If you ever find out where, let me know.
