Tbf, Cacodemon and Pain Elemental have a visible anus.
@Mitchell.B It's down to the bloody violence especially with body parts covered in blood. NSFW doesn't just mean nudity...
Many people around here don't agree with it though. Even myself consider something like the Cacodemon, Pain Elemental or the Baron of Hell to be tame but fully understand the rest as it isn't really be something that you should look while eating.

@RealMargaretThatcher I think most of the completed stuff is worth putting together in sheets. The incomplete stuff can be left out.

How can i see those mighty ''NSFW'' sprites? i mean it's ridiculous such archaic ways are used to 'hide' some pixels, i don't believe the page will be taken down due to some sprite violence, let's be real if you are searching for sprites you probably are old enough not to get traumatized by some shotgunner getting gibbed!

the gore is so cartoony and over the top it's hard to imagine people getting fired for over more than half of this entire page

technically the blood is real since they made physical models for most of the demons and then photo scanned them or something like that

fair enough. but can we just talk about how they called rated it for realistic blood? like what? the blood isn't realistic at all. why have 2 blood ratings anyways?
