@LuzRoja29 They're in the Items & Objects sheet, and the more gory ones are in their own section. (Make sure to turn "show NSFW" on so you can see the gory sprites)

Tbf, Cacodemon and Pain Elemental have a visible anus.
@Mitchell.B It's down to the bloody violence especially with body parts covered in blood. NSFW doesn't just mean nudity...
Many people around here don't agree with it though. Even myself consider something like the Cacodemon, Pain Elemental or the Baron of Hell to be tame but fully understand the rest as it isn't really be something that you should look while eating.

@RealMargaretThatcher I think most of the completed stuff is worth putting together in sheets. The incomplete stuff can be left out.
Heck, I even used some of the sprites from it on the rerips I did. (The unused pistol pickup, and animations for example)

How can i see those mighty ''NSFW'' sprites? i mean it's ridiculous such archaic ways are used to 'hide' some pixels, i don't believe the page will be taken down due to some sprite violence, let's be real if you are searching for sprites you probably are old enough not to get traumatized by some shotgunner getting gibbed!
My opinions on this game's sheets being NSFW from February haven't changed at all.
