here everything is well drawn, and these scaled sprites are of very good quality, I thank the developers of Capcom for great scaling and quality, he asked me how they ripped it?
If iOS apps use .Ipa for their Apps format, I think it was jailbroken or something.
And another thing, these scaled sprites do not compare to the rubbish of scaled sprites from Adventure Time Java to Android , there it is badly done and with copied renders like garbage

this kinda look like HD
That being said, even if I don't like this early HD trend, I have to admit that these sprites looks cool and the artist hired by Capcom did an awesome job!
