Sorry for being this late- but they indeed seem to be the same sprites.
Are the sprites currently here the same between this and the original? If so, then this section can just simply be renamed.
This is a hack of the game "Car Jack Streets" made by someone named "Ari911". Here's a video of it.
Even better, IDK if this is an official game or a bootleg.
