Looks like an early name for Pat Riley Basketball that also ended up being unreleased (was the same time period, demo was 1989 it would have came out either then or 1990). Had it might come out, the European name would have most likely been Super Real Basketball like the Genesis/Mega Drive version of Pat Riley.

It's not Great Basketball as that came out long before.
