I do believe that Chinchou's 4th frame is actually incorrect- when looking at the Blue Moon Falls and Bulbapedia gifs, the frame doesn't have any yellow on the left (Chinchou's right) lamp, nor do either lamps have any black pixels around the bulb parts.
Insane amount of work behind all of the game's animations. I still don't know why this game is the less appreciated of the 2nd gen.
